Sun-scream Nightmares
I just returned to NYC from a four day mini-vacay in Florida, and even though I slathered on the sunscreen, I somehow returned about five shades darker then everyone else. So much so, that I was forced to ask that horribly embarrassing question, "Am I too tan?" -- and a quick flip through some old photos made it clear that this isn't my first questionable love affair with the sun. I should know better by now ... sigh.

I mean, I'm not tanorexic, I just love a nice sun-kissed glow. Clearly, there are times when I go after it a little more "aggressively" than others. But I'm not the only one with a slightly skewed tan-ometer. What you are about to witness are some (painfully funny) tanning DON'Ts.

I'm certainly not one to judge, but Megan could have avoided this with a healthy dose of SPF. According to Dr. Neal Schultz of dermtv.com, you should wear sunscreen everyday, even when it's cold and raining! To see more of his tips on applying sunscreen, click here.

Are you laughing yet because my own mother thinks I look like a leather bag sandwiched between my two friends. Now, if you want to avoid looking like last season's accessory, try out this sun-sational 3-in-1 super skin saver. Oclipse Sunscreen + Primer, was created by a dermatologist and has an SPF 30. And, because it's a tinted moisturizer and makeup primer, you can wear it everyday and feel protected from Mr. UV Ray. If the SPF in your moisturizer seems like it stands for "Sunscreen Probably Fails", give this one a try!

Is it that you’re super tan or are you friends with incredibly pale people (myself – clearly – included)?!
